I’ve been saying for quite some time he’s the next Marco Marin. It’s the typical case of someone who’s a bit flashy (because of his futsal background) being overhyped.

Just seen the highlight of the first goal, beautifully taken. Gnabry has more end product and more idea of what to do in the final third than Ox could ever dream of (despite being 2 years younger…), and in general just loads more quality. If Wenger continues to let him get in the way of his development he’s a fool.
Ozil’s P.R team seem to think a lot of him too.

Seems to got his mojo back. good to see.
His contract will expire next summer. We need to try an agreement and extend it to keep him in the squad. He is one for the future but could be good in the present.

I’m worried about this to be honest. What incentive does Gnabry have to renew with us when Wenger seems determined to give chances to Ox, Wilshere, and Iwobi ahead of him on the wings? Why would he renew only to be put out on loan to a place like Hertha Berlin, when he could instead become a free agent and choose his next club based on salary and playing time? I think there is a good chance he follows the Pogba/Coman route and just leaves us.
We will it’s just a matter of time, no way we let someone of Gnabry’s ability go when he’s arguably (in my biased opinion) our best winger after Alexis.
