Ah, if they’d stuck with Darren instead of Pardew, they might have stayed up.

Liverpool need to be careful too. I know it’s unlikely that they will fall out of the top 4, but Chelsea have a game in hand over them, plus they have to play each other. If Chelsea win all their games, Liverpool can’t afford any more slip ups

It would be amusing if Chelsea caught up with Liverpool in the league only for Liverpool to win the CL and get the fourth spot (ignoring the fact that Liverpool winning anything is unbearable).

I’d go further and say the top 4 is remaining as it is for at least the next season or couple of seasons. Chelsea and Arsenal are both lucky to still have some location-driven player pulling power to try and change that, if we were in the north east we’d be screwed

KDB is the best all round player in the Premier League. Salah will win the awards, but for me Kevin is more special. His numbers don’t tell the full story – he has that dominant influence time and time again. Wonderful footballer.
